Starting my career in the food industry I have found that I have a passion for consumer goods development. I have decided to continue my education and am pursuing my MBA. My hopes are that in the future I might navigate into a high level marketing role so that I may better integrate my passion of the arts.

Product Development Packaging Engineer

The poster child of direct to consumer men's products. Here I am currently aiding in the development of products with a focus in cosmetics, retail readiness and the Amazon channel.

R&D Packaging Engineer

Industrial bakery with a startup mindset. Through my time here I saw the facility grow from 80 to 400 people. Responsible for development of entire packaging system from primary through tertiary, cold chain distribution and filling operations etc. Here I gained expertise in Cast PP and LDPE flow wrap and display ready packaging. Additionally, here is where I developed an aptitude for procurement and supply chain responsibilities.

Packaging Design Specialist

Reporting to the marketing director, here I managed the graphic design process as it pertains to printed packaging. Here I would also identify and report on market package trends and discuss concept to industrial feasibility in our production. Additionally, here I headed the club store development program, as direct contact to customers.

Packaging Development Intern

Here I supported the dedicated engineers in designing lab studies surrounding materials such as corrugate, PET bottles, functional closures and glass. Additionally, I learned how to execute my first manufacturing line trials in packing and filling, as well as assisted in marketing functions such as consumer studies and perceived value initiatives.

Technical Analytical Intern

Primarily a technician for outgoing QA functions. At APC I gained experiences in converting and extrusion. Working primarily with LDPE and paper/poly/foil structures I performed a large range of lab tests ranging from Instron suite to Infrared Spectroscopy. Here I gained massive insights into what is expected of a film supplier.
